Patch testing for micropigmentation is a simple way to eliminate an
allergy reaction to the products which will be used on a procedure day.

* Please note that with Micropigmentation Patch Test £50 DEPOSIT is
redeemable against further micropigmentation sessions.

Deposit is not refundable.

A patch test is required for all clients.

It can be booked online or can be send to you via post with full instruction.

POLICY

Deposit Policy

We require a £50 deposit from every new client when booking an micropigmentation appointment.

If you fail to show up for your appointment, unfortunately you will lose your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

We require a £50 deposit from every new client when booking an micropigmentation appointment.
Deposit is non-refundable.

For all top ups, facials or patch test our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all clients. If we don’t receive 48-hour notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, you will need to pay cancelation fee. All returning clients who fail to turn up for an appointment will be charged £20 per hour of the previous service.

Example:
If the treatment is 1 hour 30min long, the cancellation fee will be £30.

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.

Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the salon hundreds of pounds per month.

Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time.
